Skills/Experience:
Seeking a senior microwave design engineer who will be responsible for multiple aspects of microwave network design, implementation, and performance management. This would include: design of microwave networks using software and analysis tools; site selection support; path profile/line of sight analysis; microwave network field tuning/optimization; interference measurement/tracking; and ongoing capacity/performance management.
Develop microwave design(s), using licensed and unlicensed frequencies, which support the deployment of next generation wireless broadband networks
Utilize software propagation/planning tools such as PathLoss or Ellipse, along with defined design standards and link budgets, to create high quality microwave designs
Drive a strong design architecture that maximizes performance, link availability, and provides redundancy/diversity while also meeting budgetary objectives
Participate in the search ring process and assist in the selection of cell sites that are microwave-optimum. Must work closely with market project managers and service delivery RF engineering team during the site selection and acquisition process
Effectively manage design projects and any issues that arise to insure that they meet aggressive deployment timelines
Manage or conduct field work, including path surveys, installation and commissioning support, troubleshooting, and optimization
This is a 3-6 months contract position Requirements
Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible microwave backhaul network design and engineering experience
Bachelors of Electrical Engineering or similar field, Masters preferred
pert knowledge and skill in using microwave propagation and planning tools such as PathLoss or Ellipse
Working level knowledge and experience in IP networking
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage personal workload, and deliverables, to meet aggressive project timelines
Strong work ethic and team player
Prior RF/microwave design experience with a wireless service provider is preferred
Valid, clean, driver's license required
Senior RF Engineers
Perform design/optimization and performance analysis in major wireless technologies. Coordinate 1xRTT, CDMA 2000 Voice, EVDO, and WiMax data network optimization projects. Monitor 1xRTT, CDMA 2000 and EVDO network performance. Alert field personnel of project issues. Develop market level test projects strategies to improve overall network performance. Ensure the efficient implementation of an optimization plan for the EVDO network. Generate project reports of the Key Performance Indicators. Coordinate Planet EV analysis to determine optimum orientation of the RF antennas under different geographical conditions. Write Shell and Perl scripts to audit RF data logs. Assign project tasks to optimization specialists.
Requirements: Master's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Electrical Engineering and one year experience in the job offered or one year experience in RF Engineering Special requirements Experience with design/optimization and performance analysis in wireless technologies.

Accountant
1. Preparing financial reports that summarize and forecast the company's financial position, including income statements, balance statements and analyses of future earnings and expenses;
2. Coordinating the accounting, auditing and budgeting functions within the company;
3. Auditing the accounts payable, accounts receivables and general ledgers maintained by the company's bookkeeper for inconsistencies and errors;

7. Implementing accounting systems within the company to increase the company's overall financial efficiencies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance & two years's accounting experience with consulting company
